Eagle Vision Center, Dr. Shawn Galbraith

My experience with Dr Galbraith and his staff has always been exceptional. They are gracious, kind and helpful. They also have a selection of economical frames to choose from as well as the higher priced ones. The five stars are for Dr Galbraith and his staff. My most recent visit has been very disappointing and is directed at the lens maker, whoever that is. I needed a new prescription and Dr Galbraith did my eye exam, I chose some economical frames and also added glare reduction and transition on my progressive lenses. When I picked the glasses up, they were very strange to look through but I know a new prescription can take a but of getting used to. When I was driving home on the highway I knew there was something very, very wrong. I couldn't see cars coming. The intermediate part was awful to , I couldn't see across the room. Everything was a horrible blur. However the reading part was absolutely perfect. I returned to the office and Dr Galbraith was wonderful. He redid the exam, and sent off the glasses again. When they came back, the distance and intermediate could not be better, but the reading at the bottom of the progressive lens is so much worse than it was the first time. I am afraid to take them back a second time. I have no confidence in Eagle Vision's lens maker at all and am afraid that when the fix one thing they ruin another part of the vision field. It very disappointing that such a stellar team has been stuck with someone who doesn't provide them with the product they deserve.

This was a great glasses buying experience! The front desk greeted us right away and was eager to help. My husband and I were in and out within 30 minutes with an order filled. The woman who helped was very knowledgeable and clear regarding our options with lens' were, when we had never had those options explained at any other place before. We'll definitely be using Eagle Vision Center for the foreseeable future!

I stepped on my glasses and thought that they were broken and I had to get a new frame. I went in and the receptionist was very confident that one of their employees, Renee was her name, could fix them. My lenses was popped out and super bent and I had little confidence. 5 minutes later she had them fixed. No charge. I bought them there but that doesn't matter to them. They are super friendly and great prices and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend the place.

I was able to get in with Dr. Galbraith quickly. He was very thorough and professional. I have sent all of my children to him and not only did they receive great care, but they are excited to go back in the future. Dr. Galbraith has a very calm and caring personality. He takes the necessary time to make sure all of your questions and needs have been fully addressed. His staff was very helpful and nice. I also work in the medical industry and have been so impressed with Dr. Galbraith, his staff, and the quality of care that my family has received, that I will continue to refer to his office and pass along a good word to my own patients and friends. Doctor Galbraith not only did a great job at giving me the best eye exam, he also gave me a pair of contact lenses for free. Price is very cheap even though I don't have insurance with me . The staffs are very helpful and polite in helping me with selecting my contact lenses and glasses. I will definitely come back again! If you are looking for an optometrist you can trust, this is the place !

I highly recommend Dr. Galbraith. He was able to get me in the same day I called. I am leaving for a mission in a few weeks and he was able to take care of all my needs before I leave. There was a large selection of frames to choose from and comfortable contact lenses. Dr. Galbraith was very considerate and professional. His staff was also friendly and easy to work with.

I'm visiting from out of town and lost a contact this morning, so I resorted to my glasses. Only to remember my glasses have nose pad missing. I saw Eagle Vision on the way to BYU I campus and stopped in. The lady at the front desk was SO helpful and cheerful! She replaced both nose pads and did a fitting on the spot. When I asked her what I owed for her services, she said "A smile and a thank you!" What a great place! Excellent customer service!

Was traveling from out of town. Very strange story but my wife got chased by a moose and in the process lost a contact. (True story). Walked in and the staff was easy to speak with. They were able to get us in and Dr. Shawn helped get her prescription and some contacts. They saved the rest of our trip. Well ran office with pleasant staff.
