While in Jackson Hole on vacation, I dropped my prescription sunglasses and the lens popped out. Luckily I found Hole Family Eyecare. I walked in late in the day and the staff was very understanding and kind. The Optician repaired my glasses in 15 minutes and wouldn't even charge for the service. I don't know these people at all, but if they treat strangers like this, I'll bet they really take care of their regular customers. Very impressed!

1) Optician Teresa did something that made my whole year. She asked me how my new glasses were working, and then made a minor modification to my new frames to help. Up til now, based on 30 years of getting glasses from various places all over the USA, I figured complaining was a waste of time. I just learned something new.
2), Dr Robert didn't rush the exam, listened, noticed things, and discussed. That's worth more than the cost IMO.

The best eye clinic in town. I was an international student in the city, on a short summer program, and my eyes started itching and became red due to dry weather and smoke due to some fires. Then I visited this great place where they helped me and treated nicely. I am forever grateful. Thanks!

We were on vacation here. My son's glasses were damaged badly, so I called and asked if they could look at them and try to fix them. They told us to bring them in. We did and they said they could fix them, which amazed me because I thought they were beyond repair! When we returned, they gave them to us and said, "No charge, have a good time in Jackson!" I couldn't believe how nice they were! I was expecting to pay over $100. This blessing made our vacation all the more better! Thank you Hole Family Eyecare!!! You're the BEST

Dr Roberts is the best optometrist I have ever been to. I have had glasses or contacts since the 5th grade and I am well into adulthood now so I have been to a couple eye doctors. I really appreciate the time he takes to share his knowledge and advise! I have learned the most about my eye health from Dr Roberts and the office staff is extremely patient and helpful too. :)
