really liked the doctor's care, and the receptionists were also very attentive. But the lady who did my exams before the appointment with the doctor, I felt she lacked a bit of empathy. I'm not fluent in English, and she didn't make an effort to speak clearly. I know it's not her obligation, but I missed some empathy. However, I loved the clinic overall.
