Office clean and well kept. Reception was curteous and prompt. Dr Griffin was kind and did a complete exam. He even listened to my jokes and laughed. He took the time to answer all my questions. I went and picked out my frames but had to wait a bit because they were pretty busy but that's ok...I'm a retired senior and it's not like my social calendar is full. Keep up the good work everyone!

First of all, let me say that the facility looks fabulous. It was clean and well maintained. Even though the ladies that do check in were already on the phone, they still managed to acknowledge everyone that came in. The check in process was completed super fast, due to them sending me all the documents I'm advance. I did not have to wait but a few minutes and I was being taken to the back to get started. The young lady that started the exam was Mary Beth. She was very polite and professional. She made sure that I knew what was going on every step of the way. Moments later she stepped out and came back in with Dr. Griffin. As per usual, he greeted me with a smile and asked if I had any concerns and moved right into my exam. He took the time to explain where my vision has been and where it is now. More importantly he thanked me for my business and I appreciated that. I was then sent to look at glasses. This was the only part that took some time and that was only because they have a large selection to choose from. Alex made sure to keep checking on me and asking if I had any questions or if I needed to try anything on in the case. She even made suggestions to help me choose between two pair of glasses that I couldn't decide between. She also explained the process of payment.so that I would know what I was paying versus what the insurance was responsible for. She gave a time frame that my glasses would be ready and let me know that I would receive a text to pick them up. Shortly there after, I was on my way. You can't get any better than the staff at Dothan Optometric Clinic!

Dr. John Hornsby does my exams so well. He's gotten me into the best fitting contact lenses and glasses. Spot on!

Drs are great once you get to back but they definitely are not on time, had appointment at 8:45 and at 9:30 still in waiting room this is not good customer service at all

Dr. Albert was amazing. She really took care of the situation that I had going on with my eyes had a lot of care and feeling for the situation. Also took the time and patience explain and help me understand things and her assistant was wonderful. Help to getting things done overall place was really nice. Everybody was very helpful. It is the place to go if you need help with Glasses.

I took my son for his first eye appointment yesterday. Amanda and Dr. Albert were great with him. He is 4 and wasn't scared at all. Alex helped us with getting his glasses and we have no complaints.

Excellent customer service and products. Quick, easy to talk too, and simple. This is a great place if you need glasses for an affordable price if you have your prescription already written down.

The staff at this location was amazing. My daughter was a little nervous about this appointment and everyone was patient and caring. They explained things in a way that she understood. Made her feel more comfortable. The lady that helped her choose her glasses was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help my daughter.
