I have no complaints about the doctor are his staff but the front desk is another issue. My primary doctor wanted me to have a diabetic eye exam. I checked with my insurance company and the eye exam has a 0 copay. I was billed 95.00. I talked to the insurance company and they told me that I didn't have a diabetic eye exam but instead I had some kind of procedure done and that was way I was billed 95.00. I have had this same exam done many times with this office and others and this was the same exam. I would not recommend this doctors office based on the front desk. You never know what you got until you get a BS bill. I know I had just a eye exam but they told the insurance company I had something totally different.

I really like Dr Feagin. He's always patiently answered any questions I've had.
The staff I've interacted with have always been great and I've never had an issue getting a timely appointment or waited more than 3-4 days for my glasses to be ready. Replacement glasses are usually ready same day.

I like and trust Dr. Feagan and I don't usually like or trust doctors. I've had a good experience with this small business and would rather go here any day than be put through the impersonal grinding machine of any of these other big chain companies such as Denny's.

I love Dr. Feagan, but the woman that answered my phone call today made me never want to go there again. She was completely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to order contacts and make an appointment for my husband and daughter. When she couldn't solve my contacts issue, she wouldn't allow me to make an appointment for my daughter. I told her I'd call back and make his appointment and then she started ACCUSING me of getting contacts from somewhere else. They aren't my contacts! I don't know what he's been doing. Drop it and help me. Honestly, the worst experience with someone there ever.

The entire staff - technicians, office staff, Mr. Mack and Dr. Feagin are absolutely wonderful, dedicated folks! I wish everyone could have such a great experience with such great folks!!!
