Not a customer, but I'm a patient, and disabled veteran amputee of the neighboring pain clinic. I arrived for my appointment this morning at the pain clinic and their parking lot was full, Murrays parking lot was practically empty so I parked there. A woman immediately came out and told me I needed to move my truck out she was having it towed. I was like really, you've got a wide open parking lot here and my doctor's office lot is full. She told me to take it up with them and move my vehicle. She made me late to my appointment all because this business couldn't spare a single parking spot out of human decency. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid this business like the plague!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, lovely and clean facility. This office has the one on one, doctor - patient atmosphere I desired when searching for my Father's eye care needs.

I recently visited this facility and I was very impressed. Everyone was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and they made me feel very comfortable. They have great prices on all of their products as well. From start to finish, I had an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

My family's been coming here for a couple of years now. My kids actually look forward to coming! The staff is so nice and they love joking around with the Dr. Last week my oldest 2 had an appointment and my youngest daughter asked if she could have her appointment that day as well.

A total waste of money. Over $600. For a pair of glasses to replace the ones they sold me less than a year ago for over $500. Using my own frames. The new ones are no better than the last ones. I let them Screw me twice. It will Not happen again. No I do Not recommend them.

This is one of the few times I wish that zero stars were an option. First of all I showed up for my 2pm appointment at 1:45 as told. I wasn't called to the back until 2:30. I did not complain because the two women working the reception desk were absolute angels. The thin, woman with long brunette hair called me to the back and led me to a room. She told me to have a seat and place my chin and forehead to the machine and not one time did she explain what she doing or anything. She then led me to another where we began another exam. After that exam she asked to see my glass. I explained to her that my glasses were broken and handed them to her. She walked out the room with them and I could hear her and someone else outside of the door laughing at the condition of my glasses. When she came back in I explained to her that I understood the condition of my glasses were bad and that was the whole point of my appointment. Yes I haven't had an eye exam or new glasses in over five years. Five years ago I became a single mother due loosing my husband. Sometimes as mothers we sacrifice the things we need in order to provide for our children. I even mentioned to Dr. Murray how unprofessional it was for his employee to do what she did. He stated" she was just laughing because you glasses were broken" well thanks, I can see now why your employee thinks it's ok to act so unprofessional ( BECAUSE YOU ARE UNPROFESSIONAL TOO). My daughter had an appointment schedule there for next week. I had the woman at the front desk cancel it. We will not be returning to that establishment.
