All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I had an issue with one of the frames I purchased and they went above and beyond to make the situation right. Rosie and Talia were especially helpful and understanding. Thank you very much for the exceptional customer service!

Talia was very sweet and was very easy to work with when I came in to place an order. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and Talia as well as the other employees made her feel comfortable and even called me when my daughter left her Kindle Tablet at the store. Great customer service!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Florence America's Best Eyeglasses clinic for a comprehensive eye examination last week, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Their professionalism and courtesy were evident throughout the entire visit, creating a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Let me remind you this was on BLACK FRIDAY, the day after THANKSGIVING! There were so many individuals running outside like crazy, but once I walked in, the madness stopped, and I was in a world of peace. Dring the precheck, the staff member had such a great attitude, despite the chaos going outside for Black Friday. The optometrist, Dr. Spencer, demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and care during the examination. What made this unique was the fact that I have never worn glasses before in my life and she took her time to educate me on that side. She took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood the purpose and significance of each test. (There's a reason she's the doctor, and not me so I listen and value her input). Their attention to detail and commitment to providing personalized care truly set them apart. What struck me most was the patience exhibited by both the staff and the optometrist. Despite my numerous questions and concerns, and the number of patients they had waiting, they took the time to address each one with genuine concern, making me feel valued as a patient. Overall, my experience at Florence America's Best was not only beneficial for my eye health, but it also left me with a sense of gratitude for the dedicated professionals who go above and beyond to prioritize their patients' well-being. They had a full list of patients, and we were all treated with dignity and respect by everyone. I highly recommend this location, specifically with Dr. Spencer and her staff, to anyone seeking top-notch eye care in a friendly and supportive environment. P.S. My first ever pair of glasses came in yesterday! Literally less than a week I had my glasses, wow, just wow!

Easy to book, great location, accurate to appointment time, amazing service... Dr. Spencer was very thorough, and I felt gave a good exam. I thought I understood my insurance, I did not! Talia patiently went over everything (more than once) till it made sense to me. Overall, I am very happy with my experience. All staff went above and beyond my expectations.

I just had the best experience Dr.Spencer took her time with me and was so friendly and helpful. Then I sat with Haley to check out and she was absolutely wonderful. Because I am a part of the eye care club my eye exam was free this time and I got two pair of glasses for less than $50!!! (They were on clearance) I will be back!

My glasses came today, much faster than expected. They wear great and the are the best glasses I've ever had. The Florence Alabama store were so professional and kind. I don't understand some of these bad reviews. They go far and beyond my expectations. I will most definitely go back there and I highly recommend this store.

I got glasses from them and had a hard time seeing with them. I went back they said they were fine. They would not change them. I had to go elsewhere. That was not my first time getting glasses. I had worn glasses since I was 10 I was in my 30's at that time.
