Good job by the reception, medical and sale staffs! They do their jobs with care, consideration, and compassion! And with online appointment, you can get same day appointment pretty easily. Because they want to be thorough with your examination and service, an appointment here can be very long (in my case, it took me 2 hours to get my eye exam and eyeglasses ordering done). Also, the price of eyeglasses and frames in here can be way higher than those that could be found elsewhere, but because I feel like supporting your local businesses is very important, I ordered a pairs and walked out satisfied.

They were very friendly. I waited only a couple of minutes and the doctor and she examined my eyes explained what she was and why. I bought glasses and the young lady who helped listened to what I wanted and picking out glasses was quick and easy. The prices were very reasonable.

Everyone i've interacted with, including Dr. Moore are very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I enjoyed seeing how they took care of my daughter for her first eye exam as well. Been to several eye care places in the Florence area and I think I found my place after coming here. Great job!

Dr Campbell was very informative and friendly. Very knowledgeable and explained everything that she was doing. Also Rachel the optician was very helpful in helping me find frames and she was very friendly. I've been a patient here for years and this was my first experience with both of these ladies. Highly recommend!

Everyone is very nice and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and it is clean. That makes it so pleasant. Additionally, I have been there several times because I am getting scleral contact lenses. Dr Campbell is my optometrist she is very good and patient with the fittings. The appointments are on time and you rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. This is one of the best eye care location's I have used. I am very happy with them. I am older, I have visual problems so I have a lot of experience with different optical businesses.

We have had a great experience at Renaissance and everyone is kind & helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Dr. Moore & Patty have been wonderful & helped my daughter become comfortable with wearing contacts. Dr. Moore also gives a very thorough eye exam & did a 6 month follow-up at no cost to ensure that my child's new lenses were working properly. We have been very impressed & look forward to continued care.

Dr. Warner is an excellent eye doctor. She is very caring, and compassionate regarding your eye health!!!! She took so much time with me, listening, and then coming up with a plan. It took a couple of appointments, but I appreciate her diligence and patience. I'm very thankful for doctors like her!

I was super pleased with my visit to Renaissance Eye Care!!! It has been since 1998 for me to have my eyes professionally checked/screened. The results were kinda what I had anticipated but, the experience exceeded my expectations!!! From the greetings at the door walking in from the reception desk, the professionalism, experience and explanation from Dr. Warner......then, finally the care, thoroughness and knowledge from Optician, Jason Roberson.......made the process a breeze and not stressful. I will no longer neglect my eyes!!!! I can't wait for my super stylish glasses to come in!! My daily commute to Audi Huntsville, hunting and reading the menu at YUMM will never be the same!!!
