Staff was very helpful. Wait time was not long at all for my appointment. Dr Gray was very kind and was able to schedule my surgery quickly due to a cancellation.

Dr Gray, his staff and surgery team are very dedicated to good work ethics with their patients! Surgery team is awesome! They keep you calm and keep their patience with you; in my case..controlling my stress and anxiety level!! He is the best in this area!!!!

The staff were kind and the office was clean but kind of dated. Dr Gray was very professional. My main complaint was having to come for an extra visit because the delay in having the cataract procedure. My first visit was in January and the surgery could not be done til May, which resulted in an extra visit within 30 days of the surgery date. Hopefully my insurance will cover an extra visit.

Dr. Gray has always been very professional and treated me with respect. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain exactly what treatment is needed. When my cataract surgery was done he made sure I felt at ease and was comfortable. I was very pleased at how smoothly the procedure went and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone has been very nice and cordial to me at Florence Ophthalmology and I appreciate Dr. Gray's expertise.

Dr. Gray was an extremely kind and professional. He explained the procedure before, during and the instructions for care after completion of the procedure. I was also very impressed with the time he had to take in order to make sure my procedure was successful. His nurse was also very professional and kind, making sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure.

I have been very dissatisfied to this point. My first visit the surgery schedule person ask me why I waited so long to get my eyes checked. I did not tell her but it had been less than a year sine my last and I knew I needed cataract surgery. My vision is extremely bad so it was hard to tell the amount of vision loss. It did not matter however because just to visit a surgeon was several months away. I told them I needed contact lenses to get me through. They gave me some samples but told me they could not prescribe me lensee. Common sense would dictate that a person with my eyesight cannot see without lenses. I came to my surgeon appointment. I wore my contacts. It had been months since I was seen in the office. A person who has no clue about cataract procedures could not possibly remember to not where their contacts for a week prior. A friendly reminder call would be nice since it had been several months. I was rescheduled for January. I know have to go with no vision and hundreds of dollars worth of contact lenses to possibly get surgery in March. If I were slightly near sighted it might be manageable but I am severely near sighted. I am now pondering what I should do next. Eight month process for cataract surgery is just nuts.

Everyone is friendly and appointments are on time. Going to miss seeing Dr. Gray for my appointment.
