The office is horrible. I need my records sent to another Dr, it's been 10 days since I signed the release. When I called to pick my records up myself, I was treated so rudely by the lady on the phone. Was told I had to wait 7-14 days for my own records. I think they don't know that I know my rights and they cannot refuse to give them to me. This review is for the office staff not the actual doctors. They are rude and unprofessional. I was told they had more important things to deal with.....really!?!

It was my first retinal check up here in Florence. The staff were super polite and helpful. Medical history was taken without any awkward questions. The doctor was super friendly. I had to remind myself that it's not a Friday (I feel that most doctors are in a good mood on a Friday afternoon awaiting the weekend). He answered all my questions patiently with a smile.

He was also very apologetic that they were running late.
