Their glasses are way too overpriced. I went in and Sid my exam and ordered my glasses. Their cheapest selections for me (thicker frames not small metal) came out to something like $150 for one pair. I pair for it and got a call in the parking lot. Friend told me I should have gone to the eye Mart on Florence Blvd. I did ordered 2 pair for less and went for a refund before the order went through.
Though it was not posted they tried to tell me they didn't refund ,but they could cancel my order since it was Saturday and hadn't gone through. They got the manager and then the rudeness began. I asked for a refund again and she got rude and asked me why I wanted one. I told her I just wanted a refund and tried to keep my cool. She even went as far as to tell me if it's a problem with money we can try and find some cheaper ones. Again I said "I would just like a refund". I finally got one after she huffed and rolled her eyes.
Worst customer service ever and seriously over priced. I got 2 pair, same day, with great customer service for less than the one pair.
2/10 would not recommend.
