Dr. Parker and his staff are awesome! Dr. Parker is a highly skilled surgeon with a great positive attitude, especially when it comes to vision. I believe I've been the most challenging patient to Dr. Parker in that my body wanted to reject the transplant almost immediately. But, Dr. Parker never gave up on my eyesight and I had the utmost confidence in his knowledge and skill. During my last visit, Dr. Parker informed me that my transplant was great and he looked forward to seeing me back in 6-months!

After receiving 3 different misdiagnoses from 3 doctors for a problem with one of my eyes, I asked my optometrist to send me to the best cornea specialist in the region. He sent me to Dr. Jack Parker of Parker Cornea in the Birmingham, AL area. I didn't realize that he is world renowned in his field and treats patients from all over the globe!
Dr. Parker was very friendly and encouraging. He correctly and immediately diagnosed chemosis of my eye. After trying a conservative treatment which didn't work, he recommended and performed surgery. The surgery went well and resolved the problem.
Dr. Jack Parker and Parker Cornea have my highest recommendation! I will definitely go to him again if I should have any other ophthalmic issues in the future.
