I returned home after moving away in 1973 but God sent me back home. In this process, I found I need new glasses. Professional Opticians were so pleasant, professional and patient with me while I decided on the glasses I wanted. Their prices were reasonable as well. I highly recommend them!!!

They are all absolutely amazing! I had amazing service for the moment I walked they are all so sweet and I was so nervous but they made sure that I found a pair of frames that made me feel happy. I highly recommend going here. I also had my glasses were done in two days and I have Medicaid and there's plenty of frames to choose from unlike a lot of other eye doctors.

Came here to support small businesses in town, been here years before. When my glasses broke once, they said they replaced them, immediately broke again. After a lot of back and forth, the lady there finally replaced my frames again, but the way she talked to me and treated me and my daughter makes me surprised they have any business at all. Very unprofessional and upsetting all the way around... from here on I'll go to one of the bigger stores. Don't wanna support a small business if it means I get treated like I'm only a dollar sign...

Unprofessional service. I ordered glasses and was initially told they should be ready at the end of the following week. When they weren't ready as promised I was told it would be one more week. By the end of the second week they still weren't ready, again I was told one more week. At the end of the third week I called again to check on my glasses, at this time I was informed that the frames were on back-order (if they'd have had enough sense to inform me up front about availability of these frames I'd have chosen a different frame and not had any of these problems). After four weeks I'm still waiting.
