Lost my night driving (clear, progressive lens) glasses and had to get new ones in three days to get to a funeral. Arrived at 9:00 and had a replacement set in my hands in less than two hours. Had one minor hiccup and the Manager (Matt) fixed it immediately, with no charge. Everybody else in town wanted ten to 14 days. Reasonable cost and remarkable service.

Because of my prescription my glasses had to be ordered instead of ready in a day. They rushed my order because I'm leaving for a trip. I live more than an hour away from the store but was in town and checked with the store to see if my glasses were in. I spoke with Josh who let me know they were in route and should arrive that day and they would rush their part. I checked in again and Josh told me my glasses would be ready by closing. I arrived with Josh waiting to fit my glasses. I so appreciate the team rushing my glasses and working so hard to get them ready while I was in town. Josh was so patient and helpful and made my day.

These guys at Eye Mart Express at exit 10 (the one past the galleria) off of I-459 are awesome! There was a mistake in my Rx. I did not get the prescription from them. They were able to get me i. To see the doc to get it corrected. They stood behind the company's warranty not once but twice! They were gracious enough to find me discounts and helped me find the glasses that was best for my vision and lens. I cannot say enough great things about every single one of them. They are proficient, friendly, welcoming, helpful and EXTREMELY PATIENT. Go there tell them Sonya sent you! The WARRANTYS ARE GREAT!

I went in with a limited amount of time and I was alone. None of my fashionista children or girlfriends could make it. So the gentleman whose job it is not to help people pick out glasses very patiently waited as I took pictures and tried to get help, and then he gave me his opinion Very patiently. I was very happy with the selection as they truly were five lenses. I could not decide between after my decision was finally made this patient young man took all the information down and then I purchased three pairs of glasses and went outside to run some more errands. Within 14 minutes, all three pair were made perfectly, and I had spent less than half of what I paid for my last pair of glasses and was very pleased.

Quick, easy, higher quality lenses than America's Best. My experience was excellent and the guy dealt with me and some other people and we were all a pain in the rear and he remained patient, even with a duo of highly opinionated elderly ladies. He dealt with them, then a young man on the spectrum .... then another old man on the spectrum that I know personally is a pain in the rear; myself. Haha. Give the guy who opens the store at 9AM in Hoover, AL a bonus, raise or stock. He was there 9/26/25 and 10/3/25. He's a master of patience and provides great customer service.
