My husband uses LensCrafters every year and kept recommending I go there for eyewear instead of my doctor's office because it would be cheaper. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Initially, everything seemed fine. The sales associate was kind, helped me choose frames, and explained my options. I placed my order, but things quickly went downhill. First, the price was steep for what I needed, despite being told the lenses would be 50% off with frame purchase. The following week, I received a call saying my glasses were ready and that I should bring my frames in so the lenses could be installed -- even though I had purchased the frames there. When I arrived, the same confusion happened again, including with the associate who sold me the glasses. I was told they weren't ready and that someone would follow up. This pattern continued. I made multiple trips and calls over a 1-2 week span due to errors with my order, including incorrect lenses and missing prescription details. Each time, there was confusion, and staff didn't seem to remember previous interactions despite repeated communication. Eventually, I received my glasses, but by that point I was so frustrated that I accepted them and moved on, even though I don't love them. I wouldn't recommend this location. It may have just been my experience, but the process felt unprofessional and caused me to lose trust. I won't be returning.

Update: After posting this review I received a call from the store manager. Haven't spoken with him yet but was impressed they offered to work with me still. Will provide further updates... Buying glasses always seems to be a bad experience and this place was unfortunately no exception. After paying over a thousand dollars for two pairs of glasses, I found I didn't like either pair. Although they advertise 30 day returns they do not honor their policy. When I went to return at least one pair I was hassled and interrogated like a criminal. They essentially refused unless I agreed to see the doctor again. Now I'm out $1000 and stuck with glasses I can't even wear. Yes, they are great and wonderful...until you have an issue. Don't look for them to be helpful if that happens. Let the buyer beware. They're out to get you at this place.

I is nice to go into a shop or store and get the help of someone like Dale with years of experience to explain and help me understand the lens options for what i am looking for. These people are great, Highly recommend.

If you're having trouble finding an optometrist that will listen....then visit here and ask to see Dr. Morgan. I explained some issues I had in the past with other ODs and he showed genuine concern and was able to resolve them. We worked together on several options for my new prescription and felt like I really got the best care. Thank you, Dr.Morgan.

I had a pair of sunglasses ordered in online but the legs were kind of loose and big around my face. I stopped here for Hoping some can fix my sunglasses. Dale was very nice and graceful to fix my sunglasses!! It was a wonderful customer service!! Thank you so much!!

I went in this LensCrafters to get a screw replaced that had fallen out of my Maui Jim sunglasses. The lady that greeted me was so prompt to help and she was so friendly. She quickly got the attention of another associate, Robert, to help match the screw. He was a huge help! Tried 3 different screws before going to the back to grab a different screw. Then trimmed it down to fit into the joint properly, and cleaned my lenses before I left! All free of charge. I was really impressed! I'll definitely return if I have any eyeglasses needs in the future!

This is store is great. The doctor named Dr. Day is very educational and helpful when it came to explaining and giving me more knowledge about my eyes. Saheed was also a big help in choosing the right pair of frames that got me out my comfort zone of certain frame shapes and colors . Overall great experience
