Sweet and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Marbourg was fantastic. She explained everything and offered suggestions that other places did not provide for my eye care.

Love this place! Quick paper work that doesn't have to be filled out fresh each year. Very little wait time. Friendly, courteous staff. Won't bump up prescriptions for your eyes unless actually needed. Great follow up and reminder messaging system for appointments. My entire family of 5 goes here and I love it!

Outstanding Eye Care from Dr. Robin L. Marbourg I've been seeing Dr. Robin L. Marbourg for nearly 18 years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is one of the most dedicated and devoted doctors I've ever met. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her patients are exceptional. Her entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Both my husband and I trust her completely with our eye care. Whether it's a routine checkup or a more detailed examination, she always takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we feel comfortable and informed. Her warm and kind demeanor makes every visit a pleasant experience. It's rare to find a doctor who combines medical expertise with such a compassionate approach. We feel incredibly fortunate to have her as our eye doctor and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding eye care.

I had an excellent experience at Hoover Vision from the time I walked in until I left. The waiting air is nice, inviting and clean clean. They have a nice selection of magazines (Not raggedy 5 year old magazines brought in by patients/customers). I didn't. Have to wait long before I was called back to start the first part of the examination. Every staff membet that implemented their part of the examination was very professional and thorough. Dr Samford was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The frame displays were well stocked with.current model frames. The young blond lady who assisted with my frame selection was so helpful with picking out frames. i would have rated my experience 10 stars , but there was only 5 stars.
