Dr. Mansfield and her staff are great. Dr. Mansfield is an excellent eye doctor who takes her time with you also, if you have any questions or concerns about your eyes she will be glad to answers them for you. I've been seeing Dr. Mansfield for over 20 years for all of my eye care services.

I have been coming to this clinic and had my eye exams performed by Dr. Mansfield for some years. She and her staff are always professional and thorough in their work. Always a pleasure to come here for an appointment.

I had the most HORRIBLE experience today with the office manager by the name of Ashley B. This was my 2nd encounter where this same individual was extremely rude to a PAYING consumer as myself. I let it slide the first time,.which was already unacceptable. She deliberately argued over and over with me in front of staff and did not give me the items I was called to pick up. The lady was arrogant, extremely condescending,.cold and very rude. Often times individuals who portray behavior like this have unresolved internal issues. I can only imagine having to work with a tyrant of a person like this 5 days a week. So yes, I have the AUDACITY to write this review because it is a shame for me or anyone else to have to experience this type of low level mediocre service given from the manager on duty. The main staff is often kind when I come as its always one BAD apple that spoils the bunch. This was one of the most horrible experiences I've had in a while. The lack of professionalism and poor decorum was beyond me. I could say a lot more, but will leave it here and take my business and referrals elsewhere. I go where I'm celebrated and not tolerated. The nerve of this lady. Very sad on her part.

I absolutely love Dr Mansfield! She and her staff are so nice and make you feel at ease. I've been using her for some time now. So glad she's close by!

Dr Kye Mansfield was fantastic during my first visit with her. After my eye exam, she took the time to review my history and answered all my questions. I'm so glad my daughter recommended me to her!

Dr. Mansfield and her staff are very professional, thorough and friendly. My wait time was minimal.. Dr. Mansfield gave ample time to the examination and made sure she answered all my questions. At no time did I feel she was trying to rush me out the door. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Mansfield and Eye Care Associates!

I am a teacher north of Birmingham and travel to the Pelham office for my eye care appointments because my mom LOVES the team here. And today they have completely won me over! I needed to purchase some frames that I had picked out at my last appointment and I left work and headed straight there. But of course, after work traffic on 65 had me getting there at 4:59! They close at 5. When I walked in they told me that I also needed to be remeasured for the frames. I was thinking for sure they would tell me to come back but no! Haleigh and Stacy were so sweet and told me to come on back and they'd get it done! They even helped me pick out an extra frame that I was able to get for free! They were personable, helpful, and oh so patient with me for being there 1 minute before close! They knew that I am a teacher and it would be hard for me to get back down to Pelham. They have my business forever! This staff is awesome!
