I am so grateful that I discovered this place! Every employee that I had contact with so was kind and personable! Dr. Seth was very thorough with my contact and eye glass exams. Very much wanted to ensure that I was seeing the BEST that I could and not trying to rush through to the next appt. I felt very well taken care of! When looking to find the frames I wanted m; the guy the helped me out was very friendly and gave honest feedback which I very much appreciate! I am excited to have a new eye doctor for me and my children!

I've had to bring my very young daughter to multiple appointments, and even though she's at the age where she wants to touch and play with everything, they were extremely understanding. I just started using Pelham eye center and they have been wonderful!! Between Dr not having to dilated my eyes and explaining about why I have to squint my eyes in the sun!! They had my glasses done in less than a week and I've had to have them already adjusted with no problems and they were not expensive at all!! I highly recommend these guys!! The girl that helps you pick out your frames Heather she is super friendly!! I'm hoping to win them Alabama glasses this week!!!!

This facility is amazing! Dr. Jason Dickerson was so helpful and knowledgeable as well! He explained to both me & my mom what was the issue with her vision (she had bleeding in the back of her eye). He was able to help us and refer us out so my mom could get her surgery asap! The front desk ladies were also super sweet with excellent customer service, overall we had an amazing experience and will diff be bringing my mom back!
