I ended up canceling my appointment after sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half. During that time, I watched multiple patients who checked in after me get called back first. Eventually they called my name, but still hadn't called my daughter, even though her appointment time was earlier than mine. If you're looking for a place where you can get in and out efficiently, this is not where you want to be.

My 10 year old daughter has been a patient of Dr. Rena Lewis at Dr. Mansfield's for almost six years now and we love them! Dr. Mansfield and all the staff are so welcoming and helpful. Dr. Lewis is a pro at working with children, she has actually helped my daughter's vision improve. She has a very strong prescription, but now has 20/20 vision with glasses on. We are so happy with Dr. Mansfield & her team. Definitely recommend them! And on a side note, I also feel very comfortable visiting their offices because of all the precautions they are taking to prevent any COVID-19 infections.

I just had my first visit to this office, though I followed Dr Mansfield from a previous practice. Everything here was great. The staff is all professional and friendly. Dr. Mansfield treats me like an old friend though I've only seen her a few times. Everyone there was wonderful. Nice office. Short wait. Highly recommended!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mansfield's for a long time. She is very profession & a blast to be around. (she always has me LOL) I have always enjoyed my doc appointments with her. This was my first time being in her new location. Everyone I met was super friendly and so helpful. Connie helped me pick my glasses out which is a blessing when your eyes are dilated and you can not see anything, she found me a pair I loved!! I think this place was a perfect fit for Dr. Mansfield.

I have been seeing Dr Mansfield for 10+ years. Best accurate eye exams. Very kind , patient and actually listens to you. That's a lot considering I'm a very difficult patient. I trust her to treat my daughter and highly recommend her to my friends.

I have seen Dr. Meyer since she opened. My daughter just saw Dr. Mansfield and we both loved her! She's great, she explained everything perfectly and also made my daughter comfortable since it was her first eye exam. We got glasses and staff was very knowledgeable & friendly, it was a great experience all around.

My experience with Dr. Meyer and her entire staff has been excellent. Minimal wait time at all stages of the visit. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and focused. Dr. Meyer has a great "bedside manner listens very carefully to the patients input about the issue at hand, takes time to explain her diagnosis in words that we all can understand, but does not waste time. My family is blessed to have her take care of our sight issues.

Dr. Meyer and her staff have always been a pleasure to deal with. Some time ago, I sustained an eye injury and was referred to Dr. Meyer's practice. They are very knowledgeable, kind and professional. They were there during my recovery and have gained a patient for life. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. They add a personal touch to their services and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all you and your staff do. Keep up the great work!!
