I had my appointment with Dr. Burke last week- the staff are kind and patient. I get my prescriptions for my contacts and glasses handled with them during my annual. Picked out a new set of frames this past time, and got helpful feedback from Dawn while trying on different looks

Dr. Burke examined me, and Dr. Samal examined my brother. Both were excellent experiences! We chose new glasses, as did my husband, and the prices were great! Highly recommend this practice!

I have a fairly strong prescription. I need my glasses to drive and work. My old glasses broke in half so I came here to get new ones. I was seen on December 15th and it took over 2.5 hours to be seen and pay for glasses and my appointment. I was told my glasses would be ready on January 7th. I didn't get any updates by phone or email. I called on the 5th to see if they were ready. I was told my frames were on back order and there was no foreseeable time when they would be ready. They said they could either refund me or order frames from another store so that I could continue with these frames. I really liked the frames so I chose to continue. I have had to call myself every time I want an update. I have been told on three separate occasions that I would receive a call or email back and I never have. It is January 24 and I still have not received a quality update on where my glasses are or an estimate on when I will receiving them. In a few days it will be 6 weeks, 3 times longer than they estimated. I am fine with waiting but they have not given me the courtesy of providing calls or emails to update me. I would strongly recommend that you go to a different eye doctor.

I lost a screw in the frame of my glasses, which are several years old. The tech, Dawn, who attended to me was very nice. She not only fixed the problem, but also replaced the nose pieces and cleaned my glasses. Additionally, Dawn took the time to answer some general questions which I had. If you have a problem, it's nice to deal with a local business. I imagine having a screw replaced would not have been so easy and pleasurable an experience if I had purchased my glasses online.

Dr. Burke was so nice and professional. I've been wearing glasses since Elementary school and I've never had a better experience. The office staff was great as well, from the young lady who scheduled my appointment to the lady who assisted me with picking glasses. They had affordable options with nice glasses too. I've found me a new eye care place. I was having a rough day because it was my late husband's bday and Dr. Burke shared words of encouragement with me without even knowing the situation. What a blessing to encounter someone so caring

Dr. Burke is phenomenal, as are her staff members, Jessica, Christina, & Maria. What sets Dr. Burke apart from other doctors is that she takes the time to educate and explain rather than rushing through the appointment. They truly listen, offer helpful information, and clearly care about their patients. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else--Dr. Burke and her team have made an outstanding impression on me and my family!

Very professional staff , felt like I was examined thoroughly. I got contacts and glasses. I really love my glasses!

I saw Dr. Burke on Saturday. She was fantastic. She was very patient and took her time. She would ask me to sit back and blink a couple of times so my eyes could re-focus during the exam. This is hands down the best eye exam I have ever had. She was very friendly and caring. I recommend her without hesitation.
