Walmart Vision & Glasses

We came in about 5 months ago and had exams and finally got back there today for our frames. We absolutely adored the Dr we had for the exam in our visit in December. Today Jada was helping us and she was the same young lady that took care of us for our exams we remembered her right away. She is funny, friendly, and super sweet and we couldn't have been happier with our experience both times. She was the only one working and several customers were there but she handled it like a champ. We have had several unfriendly customer service experiences since moving to Montgomery last year but this was thankfully the exception. Thank you for being so helpful and giving your opinions in our choices. My mom ended up getting 2 pairs of glasses today as well. She was just as satisfied with Jada as we were. Jada really took care of us and we are very appreciative. Would make the longer drive for this store every time. PS we tried Logan's Roadhouse, it did not disappoint girl, thank you for the recommendation.

Over charged and not given the glasses I ordered. Charged for a warranty I didn't ask for. Told my bill was 189.00 for everything and than had a bill for 80.00 for the doctor.so sad to give such a bad review Dr was amazing .Will never go there again!

My grandmother went in to get lenses put in some frames she already had. When she went back to recieve the glasses, the lady handed them to her and asked if she could see. She noticed that the frames were bent up, but the lady had already walked off. They were so bent up, that I didn't really say anything until a couple of days later because I thought maybe she had gotten a whole new pair of frames. They were unrecognizable, the sides were bent up to look more cat eye on what was supposed to be more square frames. Unsatisfied, she decided to go back and see if they would fix them for her. The man was very rude and basically refused to fix them. He kept deflecting and telling her they weren't bent. Then proceeded to tell her to take them off. When she did, he had the audacity to tell her it was because one of her eyebrows is higher than the other. Completely uncalled for, rude, and makes no sense as to why the glasses would look completely different than they used to. He finally told her he could bend them, but she wouldn't like it, so she had to say forget it and left. The only good part of the experience, is they got the lenses right, but in the process completely messed up her frames. Insane for her to pay $256 to get frames she already owned, bent to mess and back, and then the store refuse to fix their mistake.

Some of the front staff can be challenging at times, however Dr . Ro makes up for any bad experience you have with the front staff. She is out of this world amazing ! Love her to death, I have been using her for years and will follow her wherever she goes! She is the only reason I use this place! Highly recommend her

I do not recommend it for people with a higher prescription. I went to change my lenses and I did not get a refund. There are opticians that give you 2 lenses for 75 L The people here never did anything to improve my glasses i dont recomend it this was in pratville

Dr. Yolanda was very nice and professional. 4 stars because I couldn't find frames that I liked that were under $200. If you are concerned about others trying on glasses they sanitize in between by giving you a tray to put the glasses you have tried on in. I would come back!

We have been in contact with them numerous times over an eight hour period trying to get a hold of the doctor. The contacts given are hurting my eyes and we were trying to see if there was anyway to get a different brand. The first gentlenan on the phone was great and said he would call us back. Come three hours later and the lady on the phone was very rude and said that they would contact me once they were done with THEIR patients. Come two hours later my husband calls and the same lady tells him that the same thing she told me, they will call him back when they want to. I will never go here again and will be in contact with corperate. I cringe to think what would happen if I had a life threatening illness. Shame on you walmart
