Costco Optical Department

Sleazy lens policy. They won't replace lenses with a new prescription if the frames are over two years old even if it's a frame they still carry because they're "prone to breakage." It's greed. They just want people to have to buy new frames every 2 years. I have sunglasses I've had over 10 years, they're not "prone to breakage" you just want to rip off more customers by making them spend money unnecessary. Shame on you Costco.

First time at Avondale Costco Optical. Receptionist and MA were very cordial and helpful during initial check-in and testing.but Optometrist Dr. Anna Lee was exemplary. Very professional, yet compassionate, eager and patient to help reach the best vision possible. Sylvia was a tremendous help in selecting the correct frames to hold my specific lenses and was very thorough in explaining my contact lens choices. A great experience that I would highly recommend.

Ordered and paid for my glasses a week ago and went on my lunch break to pick up my glasses. They have a sign in sheet but that doesn't do anything. You could be next in the list but they take customers that just got there. Why? Well we asked and it seems they want to help the customers that want to buy glasses BEFORE anyone else no matter where you are in the list. So after you have already spent your money with them, their customer service goes out the window and you can expect to wait for what you need. This was my first time getting my glasses from Costco... might think again for the next ones.

Awesome service from a young man that looks to be in his 20! Very cheap. Very fast, very efficient! He even helped me picked out my glasses 10 out of 10 recommend

Terrible service, lady at desk very rude with attitude she canceled both my appointments for an exam just cause she doesn't like the way they talk to her but she can give all the attitude.

Went in to make appointment and was very disappointed with the customer service that received so we ended up calling somewhere else and cancelling the appointment altogether.

Lots of frames, very busy, good service.
