This place is one of the worst place I've ever walked in The customer service is real poor They have around five people behind the desk playing with the computer only one saying welcome ti who walk in,The rest of the employee Just Seating in their chair Look at you with the corner of the Their eyes You can feel their look at you But nobody approach to you Nobody asked if you need any help real bad place to find what we need I Drive 30 minutes Because someone told me the selection of the glasses are good..They aren't ready for work I just walk away and them when the see me open the door to walk out someone just said have a great day really??? They don't speak to you inside the store when you jump from rack to rack obviously, you need help-but that can say have a great day after you walk out! It's a joke!

This place in Avondale Arizona that just opened up not to long ago is the worst place! I used to go to the nationwide on 75th ave. That place mis diagnosed my eyes and I ended up needing cataracts surgery .i paid 230 for new glasses before they mis diagnosed me, they asked for the glasses back that I paid for, I didn't want to deal with it so then, i decided to try this new building in Avondale . The customer service is horrific ,the girl with dark black hair who works at the desk to the left of the reception desk when you first walk in. I went to get an eye exam done and went over the detailed with the girl with the dark hair. I placed my order. She was very rude and unprofessional.I just ignore her that day since I was having a good day and I wasn't going to let her get the best of me. So fast forward to pick up time, I get there the receptionist is very nice and welcoming so she sent me to that dark hair girl (wish I got her name)in that desk I mentioned. So she doesn't say many words , I just sat down and so she brings me my glasses and I paid over 230. I look at them and say okay cool, now these are transitioning lenses right? She looked at me and said nothing she got on her computer and said you can pay extra 80$ to get them added. I said NO! I specifically told you when I placed my order that I wanted my glasses to transfer to shades shen I go out in the sun. She then tried to argue with me and say that I never said the first time that I wanted them. I said what the heck yes I did and said I'm not paying extra . I got misdiagnosed and needed up paying the 230 at the 75th ave location, and now another 230 at this Avondale location. To top it all off, they once again misdiagnosed my eyes, bc I still can't see with the prescription they gave me. Never would I recommend this place! HORRIBLE BC OF THAT ONE FEMALE.

I went in and asked for them to tighten my glasses that were really loose and they did it no problem! Had nice conversation with the front desk personnel and it was quick service!

My Safty glasses didn't fix . They were huge compared to the display once. They asked to pay either $50 to thin them out or almost $200 to thin them out and add glare protection or something like that. I know it's not the workers fault but still... crazy

All the ladies made my experience at the office very enjoyable. I made a mistake on the office location for my appt. and I was able to be seen. I really did enjoy the virtual provider and how comfortable the visit was! I usually get anxious with all appointments in general and I felt like the care I received was equal to any in-person visit. The staff was professional and approachable and Arianna was sweet and didn't make me feel obligated to rush into finding frames. She was knowledgeable and made my purchase experience go smoothly. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in quality eye care!

When everywhere else was closed on a Monday this place was open and took my daughter in quick.. brought my oldest daughter to get some glasses and they took care of us again .great customer care..will be back again..

I went in last year with my daughter she has ahcccs which should cover most of the cost but they over charged me $240 for my daughters glasses claming that's what the doctor advised . Today I called my insurance and they told me to go somewhere else because that was ridiculous!! Call your insurance they'll refer you to another place that's honest !

The doctor is an amazing and honest one, said my previous prescription was a little too high and my son definitely did not need glasses (as opposed to another provider's recommendation). However, they do NOT honor posted hours. Don't expect to pick up your order, even if you arrive 30mins before closing as they will not be there! If you come on a weekday, the staff will rush you.
