Sam's need to get on board with electronic check in. It's unacceptable for the size of this organization that I had to fill out paper work when I arrived. Ok got that out the way. I had an eye examine today and had good experience. I've been wearing glasses since grade school so I know the drill. Dr. Catts was through and her expertise shows. I had to make sure I called out Alex! He is awesome! He helped me select frames and decide what lens options would work best for my needs. He was patient, professional and polite. I greatly appreciate his help! Thank you! I hope his managers know what a gem that gave in him!

Was told I couldn't buy contacts because I had already bought contacts even though my prescription was still good. Will be finding a different place to do business that doesnt treat grown adults like children. God forbid someone lose something or have a contact get damaged here because you cant buy more even with a valid prescription.

Purchased two pairs of glasses in Nov. 1st pair frame broke in Feb, have to pay for new frame. Second pair screws keep fallen out, twice in last month. Quality very poor.
