I moved to AZ a year ago and needed a PCP. I was able to get in here. I love that they have a lab, pharmacy, and imaging services on-site.

Been calling the dentist office for 2 weeks now and they never respond or give you a call back , I leave a message waiting for a callback and nothing! Why open a dentist off if your aren't going to answer, I call the main office as well trying to get a hold of someone just to confirm what's a good time to call and they don't answer either or say "wait til they give you a call " what a joke

My daughter had a fever for days and had a bad cough. We were a little late because of several accidents on the highway. Most places allow a 15 min grace period. The receptionist told me it was 9 mins and she would see if the doctor would be willing to see us. Well she came back and said the doctor refused. It's okay for us to be on time and wait 20/30 mins for the doctor to finally come in the room but not for the patient to be less than 15 mins late and still be seen. I had to take her to the Maryvale location who took her right away and guess what, my baby had the flu and is now on antibiotics. If you have private insurance take it elsewhere and leave this place to the state. We only came here because another place couldn't take us sooner than later.

The pharmacy stuff is super nice and professional. We have been coming here since 2016 for my parents' medicine. Compared to any other place super cheap and affordable, the most you will pay for any medicine is $10. Everything couple years my parents are traveling for over 6 months oversea and them medical care only pay for a month, and rest we get from here less than $60 Compared to walmart which was $2500.
Plus they have dentist here as well plus a family doctor.
This one stop for everything you need.

Hope you never have to make a claim or dispute anything. They take months to review with no communication. Verify what kind of labs and tests they're ordering for you too to make sure they're truly necessary.

The worst clinic and staff I ever dealt with definitely don't suggest sending your loved one there if you do then they're going to keep your loved one on court order treatment till your loved one finally switch clinics. Warning: they will make you feel like your loved one is supposedly brain sick and if your loved one has no where to stay they put em in a pysch ward or in a flex care, also they will try make your loved one feel like he or she has an option of being off the meds and if they reject the meds then the loved one will get petitioned by the clinic. Trust you have been warned

I was on the phone trying to set up an appointment for 20 minutes. And let's not forget the first time I called and was connected to Mauricia and it seemed like she muted herself until I hung up. The second time I called Transfer after transfer and hold after hold. I spoke to Mauricia and she asked me personal questions including my address, sexual orientation and all these other questions just to tell me "we don't have any open appointments at this time" I had to ask for clarification and she said there's no open appointments until October. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. 20 minutes on the phone for nothing. Bad customer service.
