I am writing a review for Dr. Leena Go at 20/20 Image. Over the past few years, I have seen many different eye doctors, but none compared to my experience with Dr. Go. From the moment I visited, my vision concerns were truly understood and addressed. Thank you for perfecting my vision.
I don't often write reviews; however, I believe great doctors deserve recognition when you find one. Thank you again.
I picked up my contact lenses and glasses today, and it only took one week to receive my order. Everything was perfect. The eye technicians and receptionist were wonderful and helpful, and they even offered to make adjustments to my glasses if needed anytime . Thank you!

Do NOT go here! They do not follow through with anything. Three years in a row I have waited months for my contacts to arrive and they would not have ever come if I had not followed up continuously with them. Additionally, plan on spending a couple hours there for just a simple yearly eye check. They are extremely slow even when you are the only customer. I sincerely believe they do not care about their patients and would NOT recommend going to this clinic.

Bad experience. Definitely not recommend .
I am not a new patient and most of the time we have to wait for 15- 20 mins despite appointment and doctors are always busy. However, we always waited for our turn despite having appointment and showing up at office before 15 mins. Today, we had an appointment and reached 10 mins late due to heavy traffic and still within 10 mins of grace time.
Doctor just left Infront of us and staff suggested to book an appointment another time.
If doctor is late that's ok for them but if patient is late looks like not acceptable.

If you're looking for a stress and drama-free optometry experience, take your business elsewhere. The provider I saw last year was excellent, but the office staff made mistakes that required multiple phone calls and visits to get a prescription - complete amateur hour. I scheduled an appointment for this year, but received a text a few days ago saying that because I hadn't confirmed (they did not contact me asking to confirm) that they were canceling my appointment. Then I started getting regular texts asking me to schedule again. The provider I saw last year left this location to work elsewhere, and I've taken my business elsewhere as well.
Response to owner: Your response is exactly why I have taken my business elsewhere. I'm not interested in wasting more time working with your management to fix issues that if your practice was properly managed wouldn't be a problem in the first place. It's not my job to fix your poor management, particularly when there are PLENTY of other better managed practices in the area.
