Dr. Whipple is great. Office staff needs training in paying attention to customers. I told them that I would not be able to pick up my glasses until after new years as I'll be out of the country and yet I'm getting calls at midnight Xmas eve saying ready for pickup and if I have any questions call by 6pm.

My mother came here because the MVD sent her home with forms that an optometrist had to fill out and sign in order for her to get her license renewed.
The doctor and his team were incredibly patient and helpful. She said she felt welcomed, supported and felt like everyone here actually cared about her health and reasons for being there.

I've been going there for many years. They are very professional and the eyecare is fantastic. Many years ago, they noticed my eye pressures were elevated and sent me to a glaucoma specialist. I'm so happy they did because I'm considered a high risk and had no clue. I take eye drops every night to prevent glaucoma. I'm very grateful for their excellent service.

I explained that I needed new glasses because I broke mine at the bridge of the nose (basically broke in half).I had to glue them together with UV glue and they kept breaking and explained I need these asap because I don't want them to break while I'm driving. I asked for photo chromatic lenses (transition lenses) and they didn't know the specific requirements for these lenses. They didn't tell me that this requires anti reflective coating. So this delayed my order by another week and they made me pay for it, I wish they would have just told me this in the beginning, they need to know more about their products so this type of thing can be avoided. If you need prescription eye glasses in a timely manner I would not recommend this place.

Not the worst but not the best either. Went for the annual routine eye checkup. The billing team charged me out of pocket for the comprehensive eye exam even when I told them that it's covered in my insurance. Had to get a refund later making it hard for me to trust them again.
