Just had my first eye exam since moving to Arizona a year and a half ago and I think I found the right place. My doctor was very pleasant and thorough. She recommended that I try a couple of changes in my contact lens prescription. So I'll see how those go. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I booked my appointment on line but when I arrived at ghe office they had no record of my appointment. I showed the receptionist several text messages and emails that I had received confirming appointments. They were very accommodating and were able to fit me in within the next hour. I spent my wait time picking out new frames. My experience with the doctor was very positive.She was very informative and understood the special needs.I have for my vision. She made several recommendations and even gave referrals that would accept my insurance. Great experience.

I had a really good experience with Dr. Fajardo. She was super thorough with my exam and made me feel comfortable the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to answer questions. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable, which made the visit even better. I definitely recommend seeing Dr. Fajardo!

In 2023, I suffered significant vision problems due to a complete vitreous detachment in my left eye and multiple small detachments in my right eye. The first doctor I saw advised a "wait and see" approach, hoping the vitreous would reattach on its own. Unfortunately, my vision continued to worsen. When I saw Dr. Powell in early 2024, he immediately recognized the seriousness of my condition. He did not hesitate to refer me to a retinal specialist and an ophthalmologic surgeon. That prompt action quite literally saved my eyesight. I ultimately required four surgeries, and thanks to early intervention and the right referrals, I have regained the majority of my vision. Dr. Powell is thorough, knowledgeable, and decisive--exactly the kind of doctor you want when something as critical as your eyesight is at risk. I am incredibly grateful for his expertise and care and would highly recommend him to anyone needing exceptional ophthalmologic care.

Great experience for a new patient. Easy check in and Dr. Powell was thorough and explained all facets of my eye health. Slight change in prescription but he felt my current lenses work just fine, so no trying to make a sale on new ones. Splurged anyway and Matt walked me through ordering new glasses and figured the best price between their discount vs. insurance subsidies. A+ eye care!

If you have optometrist anxiety, Dr. Alisha Fajardo-Diaz is the one to see. After a terrible experience years ago, I was hesitant to go anywhere, but she was incredibly personable and compassionate. She never rushed the '1 or 2' section and took the time to thoroughly explain my health concerns. I am so thankful to her, I'll be back every year.
