I had a f/u today with Dr Hansen whom I've never met before and I found her to be very nice, she took her time in explaining things to me and didn't seem to mind at all. So I felt very comfortable with her. The office staff was also wonderful, cheerful and very pleasant.
The office itself was immaculately clean, I take notice with that. Overall, I had a pleasant uneventful office visit today!

My husband was given an appointment that day and he seen by the doctor, Janice Pierce. Very thorough and explained what was happening. We were very relieved. Great place to get an eye evaluation! Everyone from the receptionis, Kayla to Dr. Watkins were awesome. Very friendly and they went out of their way to be helpful and explained everything. They answered every question I had. It was calming to feel I wasn't rushed through, great, great experience.

I was a patient for two years and had appointment on December 30 of 2025.
I got a call cancelling the appointment and say info was not insured. I called them and explained I had been there several times this year
I called United health care they agreed I was insured. The back office handled this poorly
They left me hanging without renewing my medication. I think this a lack of medical ethics .
While dr Henson was wonderful the staff needs to be more carrying. That is problem when they are owned by a corporation

Wish this center the best, I was hoping to have my ICL surgery with them.
I called in and asked for the price they quoted 5400 total, went to the clinic and was told 8400.
So while the doctors and clinic experience was good I did ultimately waste 3-4 hours of time due to their system errors which they acknowledge.
Wish I could have done my surgery there but unfortunately I cannot afford the price quoted.

Dr. pierce gave me a thorough exam on my eyes. She listened to my explanation of past eye issues. I was very pleased with my appointment. She recommended I see a Retina Specialist. I have already received a call from that office. I recommend Dr. Pierce to anyone who wants a good eye doctor.
