We have seen all of the doctors in this practise and are happy with all of them. When my 80+ year old mother visited me, I had to take her to this practise as well. Dr Van Over did such a good job taking care of her as well.

Dr Keiser is my hero! I had an eye injury over Labor Day weekend. Visited the ER and was told there was a scratch on the eye but nothing else. Throughout the day, the pain was excruciating and I knew this was more than just a scratch. Being labor day weekend, I knew there were no eye doctors that were open. I left a message on the emergency line and Dr Keiser went above and beyond. She found I had something stuck in my upper lid that was continuously scratching my eye. She got it out, put a contact lens bandage on the eye and instant relief! I could not be more grateful to her and this office. I have recommended them over and over again since. They care about their patients and were absolutely wonderful! Thank you sooo much for your help!

Have been coming for a few years here. Happy with the service and the care received, as well as the choice of frames. My only thing is that it would be good to include the ability to schedule an appointment online, rather than to always need to call. Speaking only for myself, I travel for business and my schedule consistently demands my attention, and by the time I am able to call for an appointment, they're already closed.

I have been a patient a decade or so. I would continue to go here to see Dr Carpenter, if that was all that the visit required. He is a nice guy and takes time to educate. I became a contact lens patient this time. I did not have a good experience working with the woman in charge of ordering and billing for the contact lenses. When I learned the promotion of the lenses ordered wasn't what I expected-I tried to explain I wanted to explore the cost of other lenses and would rather spend a little more cash for a nicer lens as I was only choosing the promotional lens she recommended for the deal and I wasn't 100% happy with it. I asked to explore the cost of a couple other lenses from a brand I liked in the past. After being talked to like I don't have a brain in my head-I decided on my purchase as I felt like there wasn't going to be any more time offered to me to figure it out. They apparently billed my insurance before I even came to get them. Not sure why they would bill my insurance before I had them on my person. The atmosphere just wasn't welcoming for business. After that encounter-I will not be back. Comment response: I appreciate you responding. As a newer contact wearer-this is a whole new ball game and patience is appreciated. I would like to share-I was told my boxes came from the stock in the office. I am not sure why the insurance would have needed to be billed ahead of time. Technically, nothing was ordered. They were just moved from one shelf to another. The woman was frustrated that she'd have to refund it to my insurance. I wanted out of there ASAP. Also, when you bill the insurance-that is the date Acuve uses for the start of the rebate period. I am not sure if you are aware of that or not.

I am in town visiting and one of my contact lens ripped. I called this location to inquire about purchasing some contact lens. A lady answered the phone and said how can I help you, once I explained my situation and how I already have a prescription and just need to purchase the lens and she hung up on me. I proceeded to call again to make sure it was not an accident and the ring was cut short. I called 7 more times and they refused to answer the phone. It may be they make more money when they do full service, but to hang up on a potential customer and then refuse to take their call is absolutely blasphemous. I do t understand how you can treat people like this. But I will never ever call or step foot in this place

Megan Van Over is awesome and so is her staff, friendly and knowledgeable, from Megan to the Opticians! Wonderful expedience! They were great about checking my insurance benefits and helping me decide on which glasses would be right for me! . I will definitely recommend to a friend!

Dr. Seems to be knowledgeable, friendly staff and good hours. That said, I think the pricing is going up, I'll try someplace else next year. Also, after buying well over 1k for two pairs of glasses, they have them to me in cheap soft cases. Really should also include the Oakley hard cases that I'm sure the frames came with.

Always have a great experience here. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
