Dr Bailey and his staff are the most sincere, thorough, team of people for all your eye care needs! I have been a patient for over 12 years. They have the most up to date technology that really modernizes the office! The tests are so accurate and really help alleviate old school tests that create inconveniences, like being dilated! I have always had the best care! Dr Bailey is also great at helping put your mind at ease l. Just recently I had a horrible eye pain, Dr B was able to see me immediately take images and reassure me nothing serious was wrong! I appreciate that so much with a bad family history. I can't say enough great things about this office and the care I've received. Another great thing is, he is great with children as well! They will always be who I refer all my friends and family to!

Charged $35 per person for the eye exam instead of $10 copay. Ended up paying $140 instead of what we were expecting after checking with our insurance that our copay should be $40 (for four of us). Didn't let us know ahead of the time or mentioned anything about retinal imaging that we need to pay out of pocket. Reported to my insurance company. I have been getting eye exams for past 20 years or so. No other place did the retinal imaging or screening without my prior approval. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Just because we provided insurance details later than expected, it doesn't give you right to do whatever tests you think are right and charge us. You said people get older, so we needed those tests. For our 12 and 15 year old children too? You should have asked at least for them if we want to get those done and pay for it? Don't compare this with the broken bones. Broken bone is an injury. Retinal screening is preventative. Did you find anything wrong with any of our eyes or did we complain that something wrong? It should be up to us to decide if we want to get that screening or not. Why are you bringing up about other reviews? Because you are not able to justify what you did. Every place I know gets patient's authorization before doing that additional tests that are not covered by the insurance. You are talking about me taking to public forum. Why did you respond here? Instead of that you could have tried to contact us to resolve. I expressed concern to your staff. Most of the places collect the insurance details when we schedule the appointment itself. Not sure why you didn't.

I have been going to Dr. Bailey for MANY years using VSP insurance. The entire staff has been extremely professional and I trust them completely with my vision care. Highly recommended!
