Michelle Smith was very knowledgeable, positive, helpful and so willing to spend the time with my husband to explain the results from the tests she did to the options he had and her recommendations. We appreciated how thorough she was. We were grateful the hearing aids were 'in stock' and steve was able to go home with new 'ears.' I want to tell you I had my yearly earing test today, and my Hearing Consultant was amazing. His name is Scott Line weaver and he is very savy on hearing problems and what should be done for elderly people wanting and needing to hear better. I felt that I was well taken care of and went out of there with more knowledge and assurance than when I went in. I will be going there again next year for my yearly test.
