I have been going to this location for years but now it's time to part ways. Twice last week I called to schedule my yearly exam and I was told that hey were unable to schedule me because their computers were down. Apparently they have no no off line forms for when this problem occurs. Then when I did get scheduled the girl did the preliminary testing and placed me in a room . I waited for a long time and the Dr. Never came in. I stood outside the door and the lady told me that the dr was running behind. She could have told me this before I waited close to 40 minutes. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn't know how much longer he would be. He may be a dr. But, my time is just as valuable as his is so I left. I hope they don't think that they are going to charge me or my insurance. It's too far for me to travel to that location anyway. My suggestion is to not use this business for your eyecare needs.

I can't say enough great things about our new eye dr. and the entire team! My two boys and I recently had our eye exams here, and from start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The care, professionalism, and kindness we received made all the difference. A special shoutout to Shannah for going above and beyond to take care of us! Making sure the boys were comfortable to helping us find the perfect eyewear (and sunglasses), the attention to detail and personal touch were incredible. If you're looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly puts patients first, I highly recommended! Thank you for such a great experience--we'll definitely be back!

Pros: Great selection of glasses. Staff is typically very easy to work with and extremely personable. Great warranties. Cons: Their follow-up is terrible. I've gone here for years and not once have they ever called to tell me my glasses have arrived. It's always me calling in and them saying, "Oh, they just came in".

I drove from San tan Valley for a 12:30 pm appointment. I arrived at 12:15 pm so I could get paperwork done before my appointment per their request. At 12:45 pm I still was not being seen so I asked the front desk how long it would be. She said the doctor just started another appointment and there was another person before me. So I said "so an hour behind schedule"? And she said yes I guess so. She asked if I wanted to reschedule after I had driven over 40 minutes to get there. I refused. I will never use this business again. They run over one hour behind schedule. No thanks!

My family has been going to eye care professionals for -20 years and we have never had an issue with the doctors, the staff, the glasses, the wait, anything. They have all been fabulous! I am shocked to read some of the reviews on line and felt I needed to post my family's experience. We only have good things to say about this practice. I will not be as quick to judge a practice after reading reviews going forward and I feel comfortable saying you are in good hands at this practice .

The level of attentiveness and quality care is beyond awesome with staff and doctors. They never let down their clients, they always bring out the best in their line of expertise.. Thanks Eye Care Professionals..

I went and had my eye exam and picked out basic frames. A week later later I called back to check on the status of my glasses and I was told it could take up to four weeks to get them in. Very poor communication! I was never told it would take four weeks to get a simple pair of glasses in! Staff acted like they could care less when I called back and explained I couldn't wait that long for my glasses. I was expecting them to offer a different frame or something to help me out. Nothing! I would never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone. My eye exam and the doctor was a very nice experience though. It's has been almost 2 full years since I've posted this review. I'm absolutely dumbfounded that I received a bill last week on 10/30/20 for $55.00 for this visit. This is the first bill that I've ever received 2 years later! POOR service! Never would I recommend to anybody to use this business.

The staff was great all around, optometrist was very patient and thorough. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. They were also very generous with providing samples for helping me find the best contact lenses. I will definitely be back.
