I have been to different eye doctors with my family thought out the years. But this doctor is the best, I mentioned I had dry eyes and felt pressure in one eye. She checked my eyes very thoroughly. She helped me understand my condition and the importance of eye drops. Marvin also was great during the glass selection. No sale pressure but explain how insurance works for me.

We have been coming to Dr. Simms for many, many years and love her. But her office staff changes frequently and they do not seem to care if they give quality customer service. Details as to what you have purchased or how long they will take to arrive is simply glossed over. Sometimes more than an "Oh you're right" does not make up for lost time or aggravation. When you spend $1000s on eyewear you should get top of the line customer support. We are sorely disappointed! Dr. Simms took our concerns and made them right! We very much appreciate her! This is why we continue to give her our business!
