I highly recommend this Vision Works!
The staff are polite, professional and friendly. The Doctor gave a thorough examination and took his time answering my questions and explaining what I needed. In addition all of this was completed in a timely manner.

If I had to spend time on the phone, bc the checking in helper doesn't know how to check me in? That is not good!
I had to pay two different co-pays?

I gave a 3, bc the Dr.was very efficient and the optist agent was also great. Otherwise it would 1!

All of the frames within my vision plan, were over-priced. Also, I came in with the intent of getting something to help with my ever-changing vision, but the new glass I got are a dud. I can barely see as it is, and these glasses are not helping it. I only gave a 3 star because the office (not the sales people up front) were very nice.

I actually had a pleasant experience at Vision works however, my 12 year old daughter was given a prescription she did not really feel was compatible. When we arrived to pick them up and told the gentlemen that the glasses did not seem correct he said to wear the for 90 days and if her eyes still don't adjust to them we could come back and get them redone for free. Well when I called back to do that I was denied service and told they will only exchange the frames and not the lenses. I was also told that the 90 days was supposed to be 90 days from the date of service not 90 days from pick up which should have been made clear to me. Now I am stuck with an expensive pair of glasses that my daughter can not use. This is truly upsetting and a waste of money. I asked if they could make an exception based off of miscommunication and I was told no. I will have to find another place to get our vision checked with hopes of getting accurate information because it's tough out here now a days and no one has money to waste!!! Thanks for nothing
