I absolutely love Dr Wagner and his entire team. I had an eye "emergency" today and not only did they get me in , but they took me early. I was greeted by name and treated with care. I literally drive over 12 miles to get here and it's worth it!

I have been seeing Dr Wagner for 8 years now. Dr Wagner is a top notch ophthalmologist, professional, and meticulous. He is highly recommended. I did not give a 4 stars because the office support staff, specifically the old lady that dispense the prescription (aka the glass sales person). If you opt not to purchase eye wear from that office, her distain is clearly visible. She is simply not nice and unpleasant to deal with. Since she is the last person I interact with on my annual visit to Dr Wagner office as it always leave me with a bad taste. Assuming she knows her job, I would place her in a non-customer facing role. Other than that everyone else in the office are professional and pleasant to work with.

Disappointing experience. I was only given two contact lens samples, and when I asked for another sample because I wanted to compare my original brand with a different brand, Dr. Annalee Nix said 'No.' Furthermore, Dr. Nix said one of the machines was broken and I would have to wait until next year to receive the full exam. I expected better service.
