The ad said 2 pairs for $95. Not true. I went in for 2 pairs. But when it shipped I only got one. I called to see what the issue was and they charged me 95 for one and said another pair would be an extra $60. The front desk guy who helped me asked if I wanted to of the same frames because I had only picked one. I said yes. This is their mistake and I'm pretty sure they took advantage of the fact I only technically chose one frame.

I just got my glasses and they are perfect. Friendly and professional staff. I was taken care of quickly during my exam, given proper recommendations, and the staff was very attentive. I'm having a hard time not crying because I haven't been able to see well in a very long time and they gave me a great deal with very nice glasses. Thank you so much!

I had an outstanding customer service experience with Amber. There was an issue with my file on the computer and she calmly sought help, apologized repeatedly for the little delay, ordered my new lenses and contacts with such grace and kindness that is rare to see in customer service.
The doctor (my apologies for not remembering his name) was outstanding as well. I'm in the over 60s club and my prescription changed in 6 months. He took the time to explain cataracts and changes I may notice. My vision is crystal clear and I could not be happier with my experience.

Buyers beware, I don't recommend this place, I was told that my eye glasses would come in 7 to 10 days. It took over 2 weeks, no care from employees, they said they would call when they come in. 2 days after they arrived we called because we heard no arrival. My wife called and said it was necessary to get the glasses and that's what got them to find the glasses. They were there 2 days earlier and we never got a call. Terrible
