Roger beat me to reviewing Dr Courtright! I'm actually the patient and without going into too much details, have had to endure 5 surgeries due to detached retina and cataract. I'm finally reaching the end of my nightmare and my post op care has been with Dr Courtright. His compassion and patience and more importantly, his knowledge has been most appreciated. I finally have hope with my future vision. I can't say enough about his office. I wish he could have been my doctor for all the other procedures but am so thankful he's part of the final solution to regain my vision.

Very aggressive and unprofessional optometrist. I think it's time for him to retire given how badly he treats his patients in my opinion. I would be wary of potential HIPAA violations as well since they seem to respond to reviews in an attempt to discredit you - further proving my point regarding the unprofessionalism I experienced...

I have waited over a month to for glasses and still nothing. Came into this office on 12/03 for an eye exam and for them to complete my glasses with the new Rx. And all I keep getting is we'll call you when they come in. I have never waited this long ever for glasses. The longest I waited was a little 3 weeks. Not a full month. So don't think I'll come back to this office after this. I've already called my previous office in Scottsdale which they only take 3 weeks to complete orders. So I'll just need to get my glasses back and have them refund my money paid for my eye glasses. Once I get my glasses back I'll take it to Scottsdale to have it completed

They are awesome. The optometrist spent 30 minutes with me for a perfect diagnosis. When I ordered my glasses they glass department spent time with me for a comfortable fit. When I got my glasses the fitness and vision was perfect. Ive been wearing glasses for 45 years and these are the best glasses I've had. He explained everything better than any optometrist I've ever seen (and I've worn glasses for over 50 years). Diane (Optician) truly provided the best service I have ever received when it came time to make decisions about selecting glasses. Dr Courtright is very friendly and really takes the time to find the right prescription for your eyes. He will address any issues or concerns you might have, and he explains things in a way that's easy to understand. His staff has always been very friendly. The ladies that help you pick out frames are very knowledgeable and very helpful and they explain what your insurance covers very well, and will make sure the fit and style of your glasses are perfect for you. I would Highly recommend this office to anyone searching for an eye doctor.
