I just love going to Nationwide Vision. The staff are incredible and so sweet. They are always so helpful. The doctor is amazing and has a great sense of humor. Also very sweet and is willing to help you in anyway she can.

I gave a review of a 5 star I had to go back and get my 2 reading glasses and one computer glasses They called and said the two reading were done but i could wait until the next day or two and get all three. I go a message to come they were all in. I went down and one person in front of me. One person fitting the glasses and one working the phone. The lady in font of me took about 15 min to get fitted. the lady behind the counter layed out my glasses and said your are next. The lady doing the fitting took them and sat down I went to sit down and she yelled at me and said you don't come over here until I call you. I was stunned. She said go to waiting area I'll call you when I'm ready. ten minutes lady she called me. I sat down and she said on pair of reading showed up I took out my phone to show that they called me and she shouted put that phone away do not open a phone in here. She handed me two pair and said we'll call when the other pair come in. I just picked them up and left. Never ever treated like that as a paying customer.

After visiting this optometrist and filling my prescription online. I am having a blurry vision paid for the appointment. They won't even recheck my vision. Don't waste your time going here. The talk like a Democrat. Sounds great but helps nothing. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

This was my 3rd year going to Nationwide Vision. First, if you read other reviews, their staff is NOT helpful at all. (I don't know why I've gone back). This year, I brought back my 2 previous frames (that I bought THERE ). With my insurance, the price for 2 pair of lenses was almost $800, which I thought was excessive (I did get the "bells and whistles") But, then, they called me to tell me THEY broke BOTH pairs of my frames and would only refund me the money for the lenses. NO COMPENSATION AT ALL FOR THE FRAMES THEY BROKE--no "choose another frame from our store" NOTHING. So, I went to Costco. Great service, 2 pair of frames with new lenses (with the same "bells and whistles" )was less than $300!!
Ironically, if they had offered me $100 I probably would have continued with them. They actually did me a favor to ensure I'll never be back and literally saved me Hundreds of Dollars.

Husband had eye exam and it went fine.
Insurance filing and billing is quite poor. They billed us via text and email without submitting to our two insurances! We have called and sat on the hold for an hour without getting to speak with anyone. I physically went to the local office and talked with someone, who assured me she would email billing and resolve the issue. In just a few weeks, we get a bill in the mail and they still have not filed with both insurances. I am back to square one trying to get them to follow correct processes before billing patients. This is far too much hassle to get your annual eye exam! Please go elsewhere! Even if your eyes are fine, you will have a headache that just won't go away!!
