I had my first visit and I felt like I had a very thorough eye exam. Dr. Freestone listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. The staff was very helpful and greeted me with smiles.
I still need to go back in when my new lenses arrive. But I'm hopeful for the best.

Great care for an eye emergency.
Woke up this morning with a very concerning, blood-red eye. This office got me in within 30 minutes of my call. The staff, including Jim and the receptionist, were wonderful. Dr. Freestone quickly diagnosed it as a burst blood vessel from straining, rather than an infection, and put my mind at ease. The use of modern photo equipment meant no dilation was necessary. Fast, friendly, and professional service. Highly recommend!

Every person involved with my treatment was excellent. Danielle, Pam and the receptionist (I don't believe I learned her name) was thoughtful, caring and reassuring. I was never in doubt that I was in good hands. In addition, they have phoned me afterwards to check on how I was feeling. I highly recommend M & M to anyone considering surgery.

Out of state. Went to urgent care and they referred me over to M&M in Prescott Valley. Between Urgent Care in Prescott Valley and M&M I don't believe I've seen more professionalism, kindness, and down to earth doctors and staff in my 35 years. They were great. I had metal in my eye and rust starting. They fixed me up fast. It was not just the care received though, the atmosphere, Dr. SKY and the staff just made it an overall A+ experience! Thank you

Dr. Skye is fantastic; however, my last scheduled exam she was out sick and the office wouldn't let me wait to see her when she got back so I had to travel to the Prescott location to see someone else. I paid for a glasses exam and separately for a contacts exam. The contacts were not the right prescription at all. I tried to get back in again and they didn't explain up front you only had 90 days to get back in. I assumed Dr. Skye would fix it the next time I saw her, but I had to pay for another contact exam all over again. The office team lead was very rude.

Dr. Markham was exceptional. I had a medical emergency a few years ago that made me temporary loose my vision. He was so helpful and kind, he truly helped me. The staff is nice, the offices are beautiful and clean. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Markham he is amazing.
