I've been using this location for over 10 years and have always had the same employee helping me. That would be Celeste. She has always been great and very helpful. This last time the frames I picked out were on back order. A couple days after they were supposed to come in Celeste checked on them and found out they would not be in for a month or too. She called the other vision centers in the area to see if anyone had the frames but none did. She finally found some and they were ready to be picked up that day. She went way above and beyond to get me my glasses.i would suggest you ask for her for all your glasses needs she is great.

0 stars if I could. Seems like the doctor got the exam money and feels his job is done. Stopped in for a defective contact lens while the doctor was out to lunch. Left my name and number to call me. 3 days later still no contact. Spoke to a receptionist who informed me he was out for the holiday and they were not permitted to give out lenses because mine were special and they only have 1 on hand. I should have been keen to the lack of professionalism between the staff and the doctor when the technician and her coworker were disrespectful to him at the end of my visit. 0/10 do not recommend this place.

Had never been to this location but scheduled an appointment. People are super friendly over the phone. Got there and was the only one in the entire vision center it was almost as if they were fighting each other to take care of me! They gave me my exams and within a couple minutes of walking in I was talking to the doctor! He seemed very informed of my concerns and had a great chair side manner! He sent me out to pick out some new glasses and even came out and helped me look through some that he suggested! Alma came over and helped me checkout and deal with insurance stuff! She was super friendly and made me feel that I was talking to a long lost friend! Thank you to everyone there for making a trip to the doctor a pleasurable experience!!!

I went to get my glasses for the first time, after going to several other places that didn't have a good selection I went to Walmart vision and glasses and everyone was super helpful and kind! Got my frames and lenses in super fast. Alyssa was super nice and everyone was super friendly and so many smiles! Me and my mom will definitely be back!

Senior quoted ONE price and two months later up pops another 195.00 bill.
Senior was quoted a price and he paid it. He asked is that the total price? Was told "yes your insurance covered the rest.". The Senior buys the glasses. Two months later he get a 195.00 bill from Walmart optical. When the bill was brought to Walmart's optical Senior was told. "He should have been told that the insurance only covers 100.00 and he would be responsible for the rest." You would think that would be a up front honest important fact for a Senior on a fixed income?
Sad to see the Seniors being taken advantage of.
If they are quoted a price it should be that price not a hidden bill that shows up months later.
Be honest and upfront.
