When I got my glasses the girl doing the work on it was Valorie. She did not look at the previous time I got glasses there and messed the whole prescription up!! She did not choose the proper lenses so the prescription was way off!! Valerie made the progressive wrong so it was sent back by Lauren. When it came back it was still not right! Lauren discovered that Valorie choose the Wrong lens type she did Not read the previous prescription of the lens type and that would of fixed it all! So, after 3x Lauren figured the mess out and got me the proper lenses and progressive. Lauren is what makes that department work, she is Great!!! I do think the others need some more training!! Going back and forth 3x was just to much with not being able to see properly!!! Not sure I'll go back!!

It started with the optometrist, Dr.Stephen Paley. He was very pleasant and educated me on a couple of things that I was worried about but had no reason. Felt much more at ease after talking to him. No wait either. Daniel Dobbins helped me obtain new glasses and was amazing. He told me prices and never tried to upsell or push upgrades just suggested a few things that would help. Great guy and I relieved my new glasses in two business days. Unbelievable. Totally recommend this store for your eye care needs.

Dr. Paley is ace! Very nice and thorough. Angie got me set up with my eyeglasses. She was very busy and made sure to acknowledge me and assured that she would help me soon. She is very hardworking. I came in Monday and by Saturday I got a call saying they were ready.
When I came in for pick up Dr. Paley himself got me squared away with my new glasses and made sure they were the perfect fit.
I ended up using the 35% off sunglasses deal. Daniel was so helpful and kind. He rocks. Very easy to talk to and friendly. I couldn't decide on the two frames I liked so I asked his opinion and he helped me out. We went to Lauren to see which sunnies she liked the best. She was so helpful! They really made the whole sunglasses experience so fun. Everyone is just so wonderful. They are very good and knowledgeable at their job.

First thing Lauren is an amazingly helpful person. The appointment was very quick and painless. They have lots of frames to shop from I ended up getting a pair of ray ban transition frames and Nikon transition lenses as well as an additional pair of glasses with the nikon blue light filter. All in all I would highly recommend this place to anyone for your optical needs
