I say without exaggeration, the nicest vision specialists in the planet and an absolute blessing - Renee and the rest of the team. They went out of their way to spend time making sure I was 100% comfortable with my contacts. I can't thank them enough

The entire staff is amazing! I was never rushed through the process and the doctor made sure I took the time I needed to look between lenses to get the proper prescription. He explained in detail how my eyes work and why. The women who put in the order for my glasses was so friendly and bubbly.

I can't say enough good things about John and Doctor Gerdes. They are truly the best in town. They recently helped my son, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. My son said they were not only professional but also incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. It's rare to find people who combine such expertise with genuine compassion, and that's exactly what they brought to the table. Their dedication, skill, and caring approach make them an asset to our community. Knowing that my son was in such capable hands gave me peace of mind, and I am beyond grateful for the care he received. If you're looking for people who go above and beyond, John and Doctor G. are the ones to trust.

First, I will say the eye doctor at this location is by far the most passionate, informative, and caring eye doctor I have had in all my years getting eye exams. I cannot recommend him enough. Beyond that, the manager, Renee, assisted me through a multi-month stage of a somewhat pain in the butt ordeal (to no fault of her own) with insurance with great communication and effort to assist in the most timely manner as possible. I'm not quite sure why the reviews are as they are, but this location was nothing but courteous, accommodating, and professional.

Had a second very satisfactory experience here with ordering a second pair of glasses & tinted sunglasses. Lots of choices & reasonable prices. The department manager is very knowledgeable & pleasant. Highly recommend!!!

I recently went to Walmart Vision & Glasses for an eye exam and new glasses. I was very pleased with the whole process. Dr. Gerdes, the Optometrist, was very thorough in his exam and I am pleased with his prescription. The Walmart staff was very professional and helpful. I would definite recommend eye exams and glasses from this location. I was having some eye strain with my new glasses. I returned to Dr. Gerdes today for a reevaluation. He reassessed my vision and made some slight adjustments in the prescription. I was very impressed by commitment of Dr. Gerdes and Vallorie at Walmart Vision to providing the highest quality of vision care. A big thank you and shoutout to both of them!

Friendly and fantastic service! Every individual I interacted with was pleasant and able to get me through every stage of the process without issues. Without a doubt some of the best customer service I've had in town. This location will always be my go-to optical center!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I called at 3:30 pm today needing an emergency appointment. My glasses broke and contacts dried up. My problem, definitely not theirs. They didn't have any available. They made one. Asked me to come in at 5 and they would help me. That they did. Every single employee was kind and helpful. The Dr himself was phenomenal. Genuinely, the best eye dr experience I have ever had. All in all 10/10
