Registering was simple and quick. Front staff were very friendly. The wait time was about 10 minutes into my appointment time. Prior to seeing Dr. Hooper, I under went several eye studies done by his technicians. These were fast and upon completion I was escorted to the doctor's exam room. Dr. Hooper was and is very friendly and performed several more in-depth exams. All went well and prior to leaving I was given my annual appointment for next year. It was a pleasure being well taken care of by these professionals.

This is a very popular location. The waiting room is full of patient clients, the staff is helpful and professional, all that is good but it's the doctors that draw the crowd. I've seen Dr Hooper several times over the last several years and enjoy my visits. He's a strong family man doing a job that he loves and is good at. Its shows in his care of his patients concerns and the desire to keep us as eye healthy as possible especially as we age and face the problems that come with that. Thanks to all, I appreciate you!

I've been going here for a while and Dr. Hooper is always kind, wise and listens to his patients. He will give you all your options for treatment and give you his professional advice. His staff is always on the point and friendly. I've never had an issue with office. If you need a ophthalmologist, this is the place to go.

Exam paid through insurance. This clinic received payment but refused to give me a prescription unless I pay out of pocket an additional $30.
Sounds to me like "double dipping" the medical/Medicare system

I am writing to follow up on the response to my recent review.
I feel that the additional fees for a prescription should have been discussed when the initial appointment was made, rather than during the exam or by the optometrist. It is disappointing that these costs were not disclosed upfront, and this lack of transparency feels like a questionable business practice.

The experience was positive. I was cared for by knowledgeable and caring professionals.
My experience extended past the surgery however. I had an alcoholic drink at lunch - - I know, what was I thinking - - and passed out cold at Target. At the ER, the doctor said it was a combination of the Propofol and alcohol. I learned my lesson.

I had cataract surgery in my left and right eye. I now have 2020 vision in both eyes. Dr. Boyer was amazing! Their Surgery staff is amazing. I went from not being able to drive and live a normal life now I have my life back thank God for Doctor Boyer and his staff.
