Dr. Ray is great. However, his staff (not all of them) do him no favors. I called to have my glasses put on hold due to another surgery scheduled, and was told that it was too late as lab had already started on them. This was within a couple of days ordering them. Never heard another word until I called today, which is almost a month when ordered on 9-27-23, to see if they were in. Of course they were in! Blamed on a receptionist who wasn't there. Bottom line, very unprofessional. Now, they are worthless as I had surgery on my eye so script changed. Now I have to wait for a new year, new benefits and more money out of my pocket. Buyer beware.

Dr. Ray & his assistants were nice, quick and professional, and he got the prescription perfect so I can see far (really well) and also read small print. I recommend them to anyone - hardly any waiting and he gives you trial lenses to test the strength. Great.

Went for annual exams for myself and five kids. Quick, friendly, no complaints. Happy that they had a good selection of frames that fit within budget for our insurance.

My kids love seeing Doctor Ray. He explains everything he's doing in a way that makes them comfortable, and he's very honest about whether or not someone actually needs glasses. My whole family sees him for our eye care.
