If I could leave 10 stars I would. The minute I walked in I was greeted by friendly smiling faces. I had a pair of glasses that were mangled by my dogs Frank took them and fixed them with no additional charge.. Jose Tended to me and had the patients of a saint.I couldnt find a frame that suited me. He went in the back and found the perfect pair. He didnt get fustrated when I had to change the order. He called and communicated with me Immediately there was an issue that he promptly corrected. Valente made me feel welcomed and offered me something to drink. I had never been here before and I think he could tell I was a nervous wreck. It was obviou the staff worked well together. Save the best for last ...... Dr. Ray treated me like a Vip. he took his time explained everything in detail to where I would understand. He had some great stories to tell as examples that gave me better insight on questions that I asked. I was having a rough day today, by the time I left there, the staff as a whole lifted my spirits with their positive happy welcoming energies. And if anybody begs to differ, they need to Put on a pair of glasses. For I noticed They are genuine in making sure every patient is treated like VIP. I absolutly Recommend Sierra Vista Vision
