Ridgeway Eye Care

Tried to make an appointment but Karen wouldn't allow it. I wasn't near my insurance card to give her the exact information, and even though she said the appointments were 1+ months out, she refused to put anything on the schedule. So, I'm just guessing- but they don't like cash? She never even gave the option to pay out of pocket. Not good business practice. Sorry, we'll move on, especially in today's economy where I want to feel like my dollar is going to those who appreciate my business.

Scheduled appts for children 3 weeks in advance, provided insurance informaiton, they stated they accepted the provider and scheduled our appointments. Day before appointment, called, stated they can't find the code for billing when checking insurance and we're most likely out of network. When we note our insurance has the doctor as an approved provider, they show no interest in following up, apparently they don't need the business and asked to cancel our appointments. If your insurance requires any basic follow-up, appears you should find someone else. No idea if the vision care is any good, didn't get past the front desk.

Dr. Adam's and her staff were beyond helpful and friendly,it was my first visit and the patient paperwork was thorough but efficient. She was very informative and quick although I never felt rushed 10/10 highly recommend.

Update: I was promptly refunded the $20 overcharge without any problem. Well I filled out paperwork and clearly indicated that I DID NOT want the $20 extra eyecscan. But, they charged me for it anyway. With that and the fact that their machine could only scan one eye (?!) even after several attempts made me feel like I was dealing with a side-show operation. However, Dr. Adams was nice and informative. She was not aware of what her office helper was doing I am sure.

Wow. I'm so glad a Google search led me to Ridgeway Eye Care. I was extremely impressed by the doctor and staff. I felt extremely well taken care of and got lots of good information about eye health. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone!

My family loves Dr. Kendra! She is so patient and gives a thorough examination. I would recommend her to anyone!

Canceled due to weather that may or not be coming with nothing on the ground at all, 45 mins before my appointment. Then tried to reschedule for almost 3 weeks away. No thanks!

Called twice today and was put on hold for several minutes each time. I was cut off the first time and after 3 minutes on hold they wanted my number to call back but didn't have paper to write my number on. Very unprofessional.
