I have the cutest glasses and they are perfect. I was not real sure what I wanted but a local eye clinic quoted me $1,100 for glasses with my insurance. I had sticker shock. I paid a little over $200 with insurance at Wal Mart. Valarie McMichael assisted me in picking the right frame for my face. Valarie gave me several options for lenses as well as frames! I really appreciate the time, consideration and the follow up I received!

Do Not Use Walmart optical. First they talked me into crappy glasses telling me that if I got this pair and waited a month I could get a better pair when the year rolled around. Then they proceeded to bill wrong insurance. Came back a month later and that pair I wanted was a different price. Probably because the right insurance was quoted then. Then I get the bill for the crappy pair with no insurance and a phone call from billing. Explain I have 2 insurances and they didn't even bill those. Oh and Walmart optical billing calls YOU and then puts you on hold I love that spending 30 minutes on hold for a phone call they made to you. Returned the pair and just was done with it. Walmart billing was though. They call and put you on hold to tell you you owe nothing. I mean really come on. Walmart sucks in general but this is stupid

The lady Pam was so amazing and helpful! I had split my glasses in half and she spent 20 min trying to help me find a pair of frames that would fit my lenses. Then when nothing worked, she helped look up a place that could help me. On a Sunday. What a wonderful lady with amazing customer service skills! I can see again!!!
