My daughter lost her glasses at school. Every other clinic in the area couldn't get her in for 2 to 3 months. A friend recommended, we come here.They got her in within two days and Dr.Scaife and his team were amazing. We were in and out in less than an hour. I don't remember everyone's names, but I do remember Katie, Maggie, and Autumn! From scheduling the appointment, the visit itself, and even communication afterwards, all around an excellent experience

When previously visiting, I've gotten some pushback and attitude from the front desk. Not this time. Seems like they have a better team up there and are WAY more friendly. I've used daily contacts, wanted to try weekly to save money. After a trial pair, decided I wanted dailies Rx back. I assumed I would have to come back up there to get this changed again and I was wrong. Spoke with Haley on the phone and she was about to get the change sent to the Doc. After that she emailed my Rx to me. It was such wonderful service and I didn't have to come up there a second time. I also don't mind to pay the extra $20-25 for the eye scan thing. Really cool pics of the back of my eye. I asked questions to the doc and she explained everything and even showed different contrasts of the pics. Just cool. In and out experience. Thanks for the improved front desk! Especially thanks to Haley for being so polite and helpful.

I genuinely love this place. They are always quick, efficient, and everybody is very friendly. Great very selection of glasses too! You can make appts online and confirm through text messages, perfect for people like me who never answer their phones! Lol This place is 30 miles from my house, but it's worth the drive!

I went to pick up my new eyeglasses With new prescriptions. I took them home, wore them for a few days and realized that the prescription was not right and they needed to be Improved. Someone from the optical department listen to my challenges and and my difficulties with distance and close up vision. After Dr. Ford reviewed the notes they told me that they would redo the prescription and call me as soon as it's ready. So on the date, they said they were ready. I went to pick them up and they told me to wait in the lobby area. I waited for about a half an hour and started to get restless, wondering why it took so long. I went in the back to the optical department and asked them what was going on and they told me they broke the new frames and that the lens that came in from the lab were too big. In other words, they left me waiting for half an hour without telling me there was Any issues I finally just stood up and went to the back area where the opticians are and asked what the problem was and they explain the problems I mentioned above. They told me That they didn't know what to tell me and they would have to wait for Monday to be able to talk with the manager, who was not there at the time. It wasn't until mid week that I had to call them to find out what was going on. I finally just said to forget about it and that I want a full credit for what I had already paid. He said that would be no problem and they would issue the credit I waited and checked my bank app for about a week and hadn't seen any credits come through. so I then called back and asked where the credit was and they explained that they would send it the next day my complaint with all of this is that one the glasses came in completely wrong, and they broke the frame in their office second, they left me waiting in the lobby for a half an hour before I went to the back to find out and discover that they had broken the frame and had the wrong size lenses, and then to get the credit I had to bug them to finally take care of that which they finally did do and I receive the credit. So I am not telling you whether or not to use Them but just to let you know what my experience was, and I decided to go elsewhere.

I had to go for a yearly eye check up today my brother and i had great time with Dr koonce who was our provider that took care of us we were very happy with the care we got he is very kind and he took awesome care of us today he is one of Conway finest he always do a good job of taking care of our needs he treat us well and he very kind and compassionate with my brother he has care for him for a long time and that how I met him and ask him if he would care for me that the best thing that has ever happened to me thanks for everything you do to see that our need are met would not trade you for a million thanks you make God blessed you.

I cannot reiterate enough how wonderful Arkansas Eye Care group is. Dr. Ford is way top-notch and explains everything to me and is extremely courteous. He will not leave me until he is absolutely certain that I had no more questions. I'm sorry, but you just cannot find this kind of service and care for their patients. And when I find people that treat me like this, then I will be there patient till I die. It is absolutely refreshing. And his staff, the young ladies in the office and the ladies that work with him in the back are absolutely outstanding young ladies and here again the ladies make me feel like I'm the only person in the world. . I was so impressed with the professionalism all across their company. If you want an eye care group that will put you on a pedestal and treat you like you're the only person in the world then Arkansas Eye Care Group is for you.

Was told it would take two weeks for an insurance claim to process on broken glasses for my daughter. No one contacted me for an update I had to call them two and a half weeks later and it still had not been done. Now telling me that it will be an additional two weeks to get the new glasses. Meanwhile my daughter is having frequent headaches and plays competitive softball that she can barely focus without complaining of a headache. All this to say no apology on their end and really didn't even seem like they cared that they dropped the ball.

The best experience ever! From the time you walk in to the second you check out the service you receive is impeccable! The doctors are very thorough and explain everything to where you understand. The opticians do an amazing job at picking out the perfect frames to fit your face! Highly recommend Arkansas eye care group for your eye care needs.
