Brian is the best! I have suffered from headaches for years. I had always suspected that the fact that I sit in front of multiple computer monitors all day added to the headache frequency. I mentioned this when I went to pickup my new glasses that I had ordered. Brian told me "I can help you" ! He made me a pair of glasses that I only wear at my desk. I can see the monitors great and the headaches have been reduced to a minimum. I just wish I had talk to him earlier. I will not see anyone else but Brian in the optical shop but everyone is nice and friendly.

If you want a really good experience ask for Brian. The young lady up front was very sweet. The other older woman well let's just say I hope I never have to be helped by her. Brian fixed my broken glasses so I would have them to use till my new ones came in. Glasses took a week and a half to come in. A huge difference from the last time I used them I will be back and this time it wont take 4 yrsThank you Brian..

The young lady who helped me wasn't that helpful. She handed me my glasses and asked me if they fit. That was the end of her service. The manager was with another customer and he was providing awesome service to his customer. I wish Summer would have waited on me. Service after the sale goes a long way.

I have been getting my glasses at Conway Optical Shop for about 14 years. This time they dropped the ball. It took 7 weeks to get my glasses after being sent back twice. They had a new employee that should have been shadowed and checked to make sure my glasses were ready to send not once but twice. I will still get my glasses there because this is a first for me but I am thoroughly disappointed this time.

Been trying for 2 months for them to get me some company safety glasses for my work thru airgas. Said they needed the updated kit. Been in contact 3 separate times and each time they "forgot" to get the kit ordered. Seems like they dont really care. Not very professional.

I've been using this place since the first grade. All the people who have helped me in the past are gone because the company dosen't take care of it's people. Now the people who works here doesn't care about its customers. For someone who can't see my glasses are a huge part of my life. But I guess I can wait 2 weeks for my new glasses . Hell the worst that can happen is I get in a bad car wreck or something since I can't see

It has been 5 weeks since my glasses were ordered. They have been sent back to the lab three times. First time the prism was left out...the second time the prism was reversed ..now I'm waiting to see if they corrected the problem...the person that dispenses said the doctor made a mistake...these people won't even call (not one time) to let me know the status .......don't recommend this shop!!

I was traveling from Mississippi to Arizona and broke my glasses along the way. These guys fixed my glasses at no charge! Such great staff!
